ONLINE TRAINING FOR DIRECTOR USERS

Our online training is specially designed to help Admins and other DIRECTOR users become more productive quickly. Register for scheduled live events or watch recorded webinars at your convenience.

ONLINE TRAINING FOR DRIVE APP USERS

Our online training includes all the steps Drivers need to learn how to successfully use our DRIVE App. We have Hours of Service (HOS) training available in both English and Spanish.

Technical Support

For technical (non-billing) issues, take the following steps (in order).

  1. Call the technical support hotline to report the issue.
    1. Contact customer support for Teletrac Navman at 800-936-5173 or US.Rydercustomersupport@teletracnavman.com
    2. Support will open a case and troubleshoot with the driver if the vehicle is available.
    3. If the issue cannot be resolved over the phone, then proceed to the next step.
  2. Schedule a visit with the vehicle to the local Ryder shop.
    1. The incomplete case will be assigned to the shop by tech support.
    2. The driver will be advised to schedule the vehicle with the shop.

Non-Technical Support

For all billing, account, and non-technical support issues, the customer should contact RydeSmart Customer Care at RydeSmartCustomerCare@ryder.com or 800-Ryder56 and select Option 1.
